1. General

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on nettobrand.se. The seller is Nettobrand AB, org. no. 556864-7969, with address Dumpergatan 3, 442 40 Kungälv. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and order confirmation

An order is binding once you have received an order confirmation via email. Nettobrand reserves the right to cancel orders in case of technical errors, obviously incorrect prices or if the product is sold out.

3. Prices and payment

All prices on nettobrand.se include VAT (25%) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via Klarna and invoice (for approved B2B customers). Payment is made in Swedish kronor (SEK).

4. Delivery

Delivery is normally within 2–5 business days after confirmed order. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and shown at checkout. Delivery is via Postnord or DHL to the specified delivery address.

5. Right of withdrawal — 14-day return policy

As a consumer, you have the right under the Distance Selling Act to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@nettobrand.se with your order number. The product must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-ordered products or products that for safety reasons cannot be returned after the packaging has been opened.

6. Complaints

If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you have the right to file a complaint. Contact us within a reasonable time from when you noticed the defect, but no later than 3 years after purchase. Include photos of any damage and your order number. We handle complaints in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.

7. Limitation of liability

Nettobrand is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the purchase. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. All fire safety products must be installed and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions and applicable fire safety regulations.

8. Disputes

In case of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, you may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, alternatively via arn.se or the EU's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. Swedish law applies.
